UPDATE (as of March 5, 2024): The building, purchased around 2019 by "Thabet Property, LLC" (owned by Mohammed Thabet) is for sale again. The Casavant organ is still extant and will be included in the sale to the next buyer. Building was built in 1888. Dayton Avenue Presbyterian Church congregation disbanded in 2018 and many joined the downtown St. Paul church (Central Presbyterian Church). The Dayton Ave. building is on the National Register of Historic Buildings.
